Halandri TENNIS CLUB (hereinafter referred to as the Club) is a private enterprise operating since 1982. Its facilities include tennis courts available for training and learning the sport of tennis, as well as locker rooms, showers, restrooms, a bar-restaurant, recreational and event spaces, and parking.
Trainees/students over 18 years of age who wish to work out and train on the Club’s courts with a coach affiliated with the Club are required to pay an annual registration fee of sixty euros (€60) per person, VAT included, against an official receipt issued by the Club. No registration fee is charged for children under 18 years old.
Payment of the annual registration fee is mandatory and grants trainees/students the following rights:
Use of the tennis court for training, according to scheduled frequency
Use of the locker rooms and showers
Free use of the Club’s parking facility
The right to use the above facilities is granted to trainees/students whose accounts are financially up to date.
The annual registration fee does not include the coach’s fee, which is set and agreed upon separately between the coach and the trainees/students.
