In 2011, we were the first to bring Hot Yoga to Greece, paving new pathways in the practice of yoga.
Since 2015, the studio has been under the leadership of Niko Geo, and under his guidance, it evolved into a unique wellness center where every class is an experience of physical and mental revitalization.
In 2018, we created new, larger facilities in Psychiko, designed with special care and unique aesthetics, inspired by Niko’s vision for a space where yoga becomes an art. With a minimal, modern aesthetic and high standards of comfort, we offer the ideal environment to explore your practice.
